Journal Sixteen

ISO: 800
Shutter Speed: 1/400
Aperture: 5.6
This is a shot I took at our zoo trip to the Southwick Zoo in Mass. I posted this shot, because it was very abstract in the fact that it looks like the monkey is yelling. I caught this photo when he started yawning and I felt that it came out very well. One thing I would do different I'd to try to put the monkey at a differen angle to make it seem he was in a more natural habitat.

Journal Fifteen

ISO: 1600
Shutter Speed: 1/100
Aperture: 5.6
This is a shot I took at the Southwick Zxo in Mass. I liked this photo because it shows the intense details in the monkeys feet. I feel as if it also tells a story of how he is stuck. If I could change one thing it would be to get get the whole monkey in the shot.

Journal Fourteen

ISO: 1600
Shutter Speed: 1/320
Telephoto Lens
This is a shot I took at the Southeick Zoo with a telephoto lens. I zoomed in very close to the rhinos face to get the intense details of the wrinkles in its face. When I brought the picture into photoshop I noticed the cuts and blood on its face which gave the photo more character.  If I could change one thing about this shot, it would be to put more of the rhinos face into the shot.

Journal Thirteen

ISO: 1600
Shutter Speed: 1/2000
Aperture: 4.5
This is my Panorama from the Southwick Zoo. I took tho photo where I was cause it was one of the most "Nature" looking shot I could get with the cages everywhere. I wish it was a little nicer out that day do the photo had some more color

Journal Twelve

ISO: 1400
Shutter Speed: 1/4000
Aperture: 5.6
This shot I took at the Soutwock Zoo, to capture reflection. I like this shot because the reflection in the photo is very minimal, but the color is very intense. I wish I could have zoomed in a little farther into the bird, and foot a fuller frame of it

View From My Planet

ISO: 100
Shutter Speed: 1/80
Aperture: 8.0
This is a shot I took in Guilford, Vermont  to use as a view from my planet. I used hue and saturation layers to change the colors of the grass, trees, and sky. I masked out the road so it look a little more natural. And added stars and two moons to go along with my planet.

Planet #1

ISO: 100
Shutter Speed: 1/80
Aperture: 8.0
This is my planet that I created. I took a panorama and used photoshop to make the photo into a round image. I used hue and saturation a levels to change the colors of my planet.
